Come along to this low impact exercise class! We use a variety of equipment including bands and small balls to build strength, balance, coordination and mobility.
Led by a qualified instructor who can modify exercises to cater for a wide range of abilities (option to remain seated throughout the class). Perfect for seniors and those with limited mobility.

This is a way to exercise but also to meet others. Feel free to hang around for a cuppa afterwards.
