Lalita’s Yoga

Mondays 6.30-8pm and Tuesdays 10-11.30am

Lalita’s classes are based on hatha yoga with a touch of Iyengar and flow yoga. 

The combination of yoga postures with breathing exercises help the body and mind relax, releasing stress and tension, improving balance and concentration. 

These classes are suitable for all ages from beginners to intermediate. Casuals welcome.
