Jen from core+more will be teaching lunchtime, open level, classes for ten weeks from September 23rd. Classes are at 12:15-1pm on Mondays and you can try the first class on the 23rd for just $5.
Jen has 8 years of experience teaching Pilates and movement and she specialises in core and pelvic floor. She combines her foundation of Pilates with a variety of mobilising techniques to provide full body mindful workouts that help you move more freely and feel energised.
Classes are $15 drop in and you can get a three class pass for $40, just pay on the day with cash or bank transfer. No need to book ahead, just turn up and bring a mat if you have one.
